What is Elevate? Elevate is a premium women's fashion brand that redefines style with timeless elegance and exceptional craftsmanship. We specialize in elevated essentials and statement pieces made to last, featuring our signature JENDUE collection of contemporary denim and fashion-forward designs.

What makes Elevate different? We focus on unique, high-quality pieces that blend classic appeal with modern design. Each item in our collection is meticulously crafted with attention to detail, from distinctive asymmetrical cuts to bold contrast stitching, ensuring you stand out with sophisticated style.


Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order? All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. During peak seasons or collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

What are your shipping options and delivery times? We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. You'll receive a notification once your order has shipped with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship to the United States only.

What if my order is delayed? While we strive for timely delivery, Elevate is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us at contact@elevatestore.us.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return? To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@elevatestore.us. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What items cannot be returned? We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, certain items like custom or personalized products, personal care goods, and perishable items are non-returnable.

Do you offer exchanges? The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

When will I receive my refund? Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

What materials are your products made from? Our JENDUE collection features premium denim fabrics, often blended with linen for breathability and comfort. We use high-quality materials that are durable, soft, and designed to maintain their shape and color over time.

How do I care for my denim pieces? We recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumbling dry on low. Iron on a low setting if needed. Avoid bleaching to preserve the rich color and quality of the fabric.

Are product colors accurate? We make every effort to display accurate product information, including colors and descriptions. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device display.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item? Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@elevatestore.us. We'll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

What payment methods do you accept? All payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods.
